Brass Thumb Wheel, and Post for vintage Gibson ABR-1, Harmony, Silvertone, Kay Guitars.
In the process of recreating my version of the vintage Harmony H22 Bass pickup, I acquired a H22 bass missing the vintage correct bridge. I was able to make the rosewood bridge, but was surprised I could not find a proper brass thumb wheel and screw post. Having access a 1952 ES150, I took on a side project to recreate the thumb wheel and post. These are so close to the originals that I lost one of the originals for a time in my parts while examining them for accuracy. It took some time to find the vintage one. I found it by referencing detailed pics I took of them prior to recreating these. The posts are .765″ long and were designed for archtop style bridges. If there is enough demand I could get the longer posts for solid body guitars. In the picture gallery you can see my thumb wheels and posts installed my vintage ES150 and my H22 bridge.
