My version the the famed Franz Soapbar pickup. I have been making a vintage correct version of the Franz pickup for a long time just did not supply the cover. Not being pleased with any of the after market covers because they either looked too uniform and symmetrical, 3D printed, or cast. None of them had the look and feel of the original thermal vac formed covers. So I set out to produce a proper cover that looks and feels like the vintage ones. While I was at it I reproduced the proper base plate. As for the pickup itself it is built to vintage specs in look, feel and tone. It is a VAST improvement over the reissue version.
