I prefer to talk to you before you send me anything for repair or send me money (believe it or not!). Since my focus is custom pickups, it is important that I know what you want, or looking for, and that I can fulfill your request.

I comunicating with me prefer to hear what tone you are looking for, rather than technical specs you have ready some where.

Also it is just ME here at Curtis Novak Pickups world headquarters—and I do travel from time to time—so I want to make sure I am expecting the delivery of your one-and-only vintage guitar or pickup.

Within United States:

For most orders shipping is $7.00 and items are shipped USPS Priority.

Outside United States:

Please let me know your Country, and a contact phone number in case of delivery problems.
Most orders ship for $40.00 usd(Fedex) - or - $50.00 usd (Through USPS Global Express EMS).

I am willing to explore cheaper shipping methods through the Post but you will have to assume liability if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.

  Turnaround time

On average I get most repairs and orders out in 1 to 2 weeks sometimes less, sometimes more depending on current work load, after I receive payment.
