I prefer to talk to you before you send me anything for repair or send me money (believe it or not!). Since my focus is custom pickups, it is important that I know what you want, or looking for, and that I can fulfill your request.

Also it is just ME here at Curtis Novak Pickups world headquarters—and I do travel from time to time—so I want to make sure I am expecting the delivery of your one-and-only vintage guitar or pickup.

  Shipping

Within United States: For most orders shipping is $7.00 and items are shipped USPS Priority.

Outside United States: For most orders shipping is $40.00 usd and items are shipped Global Express EMS. please include a phone number in case of delivery problems

  Turnaround time

I get most repairs and pickups out in 3 or less days after I receive payment.
